Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) before using the Alarmio app (“App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App
Alarmio is a personalized alarm and audio experience app provided for personal use only. You agree to use the App responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Generated Content
The App generates personalized audio messages using artificial intelligence and text-to-speech technologies.
While we aim to provide relevant and high-quality content, we do not guarantee that generated messages will always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for how you interpret and use the generated content.

3. Alarm Functionality
Alarmio uses system-level scheduling features to trigger alarms and play audio at specified times. However, we cannot guarantee that alarms will always trigger without interruption, as functionality may depend on device settings, permissions, operating system behavior, or external factors.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
• required permissions are enabled
• your device is properly configured
The App should not be relied upon for critical or time-sensitive obligations.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions
The App may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions, which are managed through RevenueCat and the respective app store.
By making a purchase, you agree to comply with:
• the app store’s billing policies
• RevenueCat’s terms
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the app store’s policies.

5. User Data
The App stores your preferences and alarm configurations locally on your device.
To generate personalized alarm messages and audio, certain non-personal data (such as your selected preferences, alarm timing, and input provided during setup) may be transmitted to third-party services, including OpenAI and ElevenLabs.
These services are used solely to:
• generate text-based alarm messages
• convert text into audio
We do not require user accounts or collect personally identifiable information for basic use of the App.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and functionality within the App, including generated audio and text, are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written consent.

7. No Liability
We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:
• missed or delayed alarms
• inaccurate or unsuitable generated content
• device or system limitations
• connectivity or service interruptions
Use the App at your own risk.

8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
